This week’s radio silence is brought to you by the letter M.
Now, let us have a moment of silence for the 1/3 of my yarn stash and 1/2 of my wardrobe that is no longer with us.
On the bright side, when I’m finally done with this nonsense, I’m going to write one heck of a blog post about saving your wardrobe/yarn and fabric stash/sanity while battling the horror that is the clothes moth. Because, turns out, moths are like honey badgers. They don’t give a shit how clean your apartment is—they’ll still find a way to eat your stuff.
Shame on a world that looks upon mental illness with fear, judgement, and contempt simply because it feels helpless, impotent, and ignorant in the face of such a struggle. I’ve dealt with depression my whole life. And, dearest readers, if you struggle too, know that you are not alone. Should you find yourself in need of help, please, please, please seek it out. You matter. You are important.
